It is important to note that the accuracy and quality of your face capture can be influenced by multiple factors. For best outcomes, adherence to the following guidelines is essential:

• An accurate capture is determined through a predefined algorithm that considers standard parameters of gender and age. Individuals under the age of 10 should select either Boy or Girl, whereas those over the age of 10 should select Adult Male or Female.
• Avoid direct sunlight and any strong artificial lighting. Optimal results are typically achieved in evenly lit environments.
• Position yourself directly in front of the camera and remain still for approximately 3-5 seconds until the capture process is complete. Sitting down can enhance the quality of the image.
• Utilize the app's mapping feature to align your face with the on-screen target points. Once your positioning has been properly recognized by the app, remain in this pose until the capture is finalized.

The capture results are processed immediately and will be available for your review on your device. The generated 3D avatar serves as the basis for your custom design. Should you find the initial capture unsatisfactory, you are encouraged to repeat the process until you achieve a pose that meets your expectations prior to finalizing your order.
